It's Nice to Meet You!

Hi! I'm Jessi, a UX designer who brings a research-first approach to solving real problems for real people.

My marketing background (plus a Google UX certification) made the shift into UX feel natural: I already knew how to ask the right questions to uncover pain points and needs, and that foundation now shows up in my UX work. At my current agency, I've delivered 15+ website builds across 20+ clients spanning media, aviation, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations, working with brands like Tenderfoot TV, iHeartMedia, and Girl Scout Summer. As the sole UX designer there, I own research, wireframing, and design execution across multiple projects at once, while consulting directly with clients to translate business and user goals into solutions.

I especially love working with mission-driven organizations. A better, more usable website means they can spend less time fighting their tools and more time doing the work that matters, whether that's serving families, supporting causes, or building communities.

Good design is a transformation: it starts with deep research, emerges through iteration, and earns its elegance.
